There is an attached 2-car garage with remote openers.

high-desert landscape surrounds this wonderful home, with stately Juniper
and Pinons, lush Manzanita, and a variety of cacti.
Only a few minutes walk to trails through National Forest
or Sedona shopping, dining, tours, and people-watching.

The Living Room

Unique, rustic, pine end tables, coffee and sofa tables, and secretary, are thoughtfully arranged throughout the room. Stretch out with a good book on the plush recliner, or snuggle with your sweetie in front of the kiva fireplace. |

in buttery soft leather. Gather
your family, friends, or group for an afternoon of conversation and
music.......gazing at the outstanding view...........................or

The Dining Room

The
round glass table top is over 7 feet in diameter and is beautifully
framed by the room's Spanish-style arches. The handcrafted iron table base, chairs, baker's rack, and scrolled mirror in this room are works of art! |

just thought I would drop you a note to tell you what a beautiful home
you have in Sedona. It was beautifully furnished, and the views were
spectacular. The only regret we have is that we would have loved to
stay longer. We had an amazing trip. Thank you so much for everything.

Whether you just want a couple slices of toast in the morning, or need to prepare a huge Thanksgiving Feast, you will have everything you need in this newly remodeled, beautiful kitchen! Gorgeous granite counters, spicy new cabinets, new stainless appliances and plenty of work space make this a great kitchen to cook in or just admire. |
| As an added bonus to this space, there is a lovely rooftop patio just off the kitchen, with a bistro table for 2 and a sliding loveseat for your morning cup of java. |

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home during our stayin Sedona. The house was perfect for all of us. The kids loved the games and we all loved the hot tub!! We also appreciated how you accurately presented your home on your website. It was everything you said it would be and more! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The Master King Bedroom Suite has room to s-t-r-e-t-c-h out. Step outside the sliding glass doors onto the walled patio and head for the hot tub! There is a huge walk-in closet, and of course, a large screen TV and DVD.

to mention its own Jacuzzi bathtub. |

King Bedroom Two is as big as the Master. Another big TV and DVD, and a large mirrored closet. Sliding glass doors open to the walled patio as well.

through the handmade arched doors to the guest bath. Immerse yourself in the spacious marble soaking tub with the light from the bayed window flooding the room. There is also a hand-held shower in the tub. AND..... (The stackable washer and dryer can be found in this bathroom also. There is laundry soap supplied) |

The Third Bathroom has a king bed, it's own 3/4 bath, a view, and direct acces to the fenced yard. |

great spot to soak up the sun, or have an afternoon margarita! Three stucco walls for privacy, with openings for views, create a very artistic appeal. |

We built a special deck just for the hot tub. It is tucked in the trees with an incredible red rock view! Of course, the star-filled night sky is always awe-inspiring too! |

wanted to tell you how much Brenda and I enjoyed your home in Sedona.
The details were fabulous. There were so many nice little touches
that added to the already wonderful home. We'd love to try your home

to Hacienda del Sol was like arriving at a good friend's home. EVERYTHING
was so thoughtfully provided and beautifully so. We spent a wonderful
Chrismas and 35th anniversary with our family here. We loved the hikes,
the views, the rooftop deck and the wonderful round 7foot table that
fit our gourp perfectly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Sue and
